Trace Studio Architects is a small architecture practice with a focus on design outcomes that add value to the lives of the occupants, the wider community, and the environment.

The work is predominantly in the residential sector, offering expertise in both individual homes and multi-residential housing

The studio is located in Moorooka, on the south side of Brisbane, and run by sole director; David Royce. A practicing architect for 20 years with experience in the construction industry, both locally and in the UK, on a wide range of project types, and each project benefits from his personal involvement.

David brings a high level of professionalism to all his projects, and enjoys a close collaboration with all his clients, consultants and builders.
